We are Gabriel and Suzy — and Tom, our golden retriever. We traded the big city for Bahia and opened our doors to welcome you.

Breakfast

The region’s freshness on your table

Served 7–9 am upstairs, with the best view in town.

We cook with ceramic and stainless-steel pans, no soybean oil — guacamole, eggs, olive oil, lard, coconut oil. The couscous is non-GMO from local cooperatives. The yogurt comes from our friend Karol. And the coffee is from the Chapada, recognized worldwide.
